What we cover, and what we don't

Below Kelvin is a daily brief for people who follow the business of quantum technology: founders, investors, security and IT leaders, policy people, and the engineers who work with them.

We cover

Quantum computing, networking and sensing, the technology they depend on, and post-quantum cryptography. Money with an amount, government action, products customers can use, deployments with results, roadmaps met or missed, and research that moves the race.

We don't cover

Stock price moves, agreements without money or deliverables, "quantum ready" consulting, awards, and market forecasts without a method.

How we treat claims

A technical claim needs a paper, preprint, filing or government document, or we say none was published. Advantage is "claimed" until someone checks it against the best classical method. A codebreaking estimate isn't hardware progress.
